Request deletion of account & associated data

Under GDPR regulations you have the right to erasure. If you’ve signed up to the Fast Repair app, created an account online and/or would like to remove any personal data we hold you can submit a request to our support team please use the Right to Erasure template below.

Please note that our team needs to validate and action your request manually to ensure compliance with UK regulations and to confirm there is no valid Right to Object. For example, you may have outstanding payments due in your account.

Please allow up to 3 working days for us to process your request.

Our support team will verify that you have the Right to Erasure and there is no legitimate commercial interest in retaining your data.

Our support team will notify you when your account data has been deleted, or if any further steps required.
