We limit the availability of contractors to a maximum of three working days to ensure they are not over booked and customers can enquire knowing they will always receive a prompt service.
All on-demand/ugrent services can be handled the same day or within three working days maximum.

We check they have valid Public liability Insurance when signing up, providing protection in case of any unforeseen incidents, and we also check any history, reviews and reputation online. If they are a limited company, we check their latest accounts at Companies House. If they are VAT registered we obtain their VAT number. We check it's valid and matches the details provided. And we don't just check paperwork. All of our contractors have an account manager and we get to know them, one-to-one.
